Over the last 20 years, Katie has been perfecting the art of running successful gyms and classes. Katie has experience in setting up classes ranging from school halls, to village hall to owning multiple premises and growing online.
1000's mistakes later, Katie cracked the code on what it takes to run a profitable gym and to give you the time to grow your business.

We can always add on another class, or a new venue or find a new instructor, this all works but then you hit £200,000 and you hit a plateau if you do not have the correct strategies in place!
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the programme delivered?
The programme is delivered through a mixture of self study and calls. You have access to one-to-one sessions per month with your business strategist. The calls are structured to give you weekly training as well as time for Q&A enabling you to get your questions answered quickly.
What time are the calls?
The calls are Monday and Thursday at 1:30 PM GMT time
What happens if I cannot attend the calls?
All calls are recorded, so if you miss calls, you do not miss out on anything. All recordings are uploaded to your online training platform.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes - this is planned out when you start during your introductory call to look at your goals/vision and a personalised plan is developed for you on how to get the best results from the programme.
How long will I stay in each level for?
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold levels are developed to help you achieve desired results at each level within 12 months. Every client is different in terms of speed, if we feel you are ready to move up to the next level before the end of the 12 months, we will graduate you from one programme and into the next.
Can I stop and freeze my mentorship in the 12 months?
The mentorship is a 12-month programme so we do not allow any stop and starts as it does not benefit your learning and slows your growth. If you need to stop due to illness, we do make exceptions and this is discussed on an individual basis.
Is there support daily?
Yes. You have access to our Signal Community group chat, which enables you to ask questions to our community and our expert mentors.
